  2. B) In the case of periodic donations, manage the periodic donations and issue the corresponding Tax Relief Certificate. The data will be kept for 10 years following the last donation.
  3. C) If consent is given, the sending of communications through different channels of the Foundation. The data will be kept until the interested party requests to unsubscribe.
  4. D) In ​​the event of registering as a volunteer, manage the registration process and the provision of assistance in the various campaigns, as well as communications linked to the campaign. The data will be kept for 10 years after the interested party’s request to unsubscribe as a volunteer.
  5. E) Contact the interested user to provide the requested information. The data provided will be kept for 6 months after the consultation, unless an order arises from it.

2.3 LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING

Autoritzo a usar la meva imatge per la Fundació Privada Banc dels Aliments de Girona, sempre que s’hagi obtingut en el desenvolupament de les activitats de la Fundació, qualsevol que sigui el seu format i/o el mitjà de difusió (paper, web, xarxes socials, comunicacions, vídeo, …).

La Fundació Banc dels Aliments no farà cessió de les imatges a tercers, ni en farà ús ni difusió més enllà de les seves activitats pròpies.

També renuncio a demanar cap responsabilitat civil o penal per l’ús de la meva imatge, expressament consentida en aquest document, i me’n faig responsable davant d’aquesta Fundació i davant de tercers de qualsevol dany que es pogués derivar de l’incompliment d’aquest compromís, fins i tot a compensar les indemnitzacions, sancions o reclamacions que la Fundació o tercers es trobessin obligats a satisfer com a conseqüència d’aquest incompliment.

Es garanteix a l’interessat/da el dret de cancel·lació i, per tant, a la no difusió de les imatges a partir de la data de la sol·licitud d’aquesta autorització, havent de dirigir-se per això, mitjançant comunicació escrita a la següent adreça electrònica: protecciodades@bancdelsalimentsgirona.org.
